Dear Festividder
Sep. 26th, 2024 05:26 pmDear festividder,
Hi! I hope there's something on this list you're looking forward to making a vid for. I hope you have a smooth and enjoyable festivids!
دختری در شب تنها به خانه میرود | A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night (2014) [SAFETY]
This is one of those films which just kind of stuck with me? It's just visually really interest (imo) and I think would make for a neat vidding source! Also, I'm a sucker for vampires.
Being Human (UK)
This show had such a massive influence on me when it was airing. I am still heartbroken about it ending when it did and not getting that one more series I felt it deserved. The show is just so heartbreaking but also so funny and I loved it.
Campion (TV 1989)
Peter Davison as Campion is utterly perfect casting is you ask me. I love this show and binged all of it very quickly (and then got super into the books as well lol). I love a gentleman detective, his (reformed) criminal manservant and their escapades.
Dimension 20 (Web Series)
This show has brought me so much joy over the past couple of years when I really needed it. If you feel like picking a season and doing something for that, or looking at the show as a whole, either is great!
Edgar Allan Poe's Murder Mystery Dinner Party (Web Series) [SAFETY]
As I go through writing these up, I've realised that a large chunk of these are murder mysteries. What can I say, I love a murder mystery! And this one is fun and silly!
God's Own Country (2017) [SAFETY]
This had been on my to watch list for years until I finally watched it specifically to vid it during festivids 2 years ago. And I loved it.
Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949) [SAFETY]
I maybe watched too many Ealing comedies at an impressionable young age. And Alec Guinness is just fabulous in this.
The Mrs Bradley Mysteries
Adela Bradley is an icon and her and George totally had a thing. Also, murder.
See How They Run (2022) [SAFETY]
Honestly, when I was doing my noms, I swear I didn't realise how many of these are murder mysteries. But this was just such a fun romp of a movie!
Tour de France 2024 RPF
I have watched so so much cycling this year. I have many faves in the sport. I have been a long time Mark Cavendish stan if you want to take that angle, I was also super captivated my the GC race, and if you just want to capture the magic ridiculousness of the tdf, I'd be down for that too!
