In general, well. I love all sorts of things. I love characters and finding out more about them and how they think and act. I love little slices of life. I love AUs and fluff and angst (so long as there’s a happy ending!). I have a horrible love of puns and wordplay. I ship pretty much anything but also love gen. I am down with kink or no kink. I love sex and romance and friendship and fluff and all sorts of things. I also love poly fic. Poly fic is great.
Things I am not ok with: self-harm, suicide and mental health issues. These are fairly hardcore triggers for me. As for things I just dislike. I am not really a fan of humiliation, embarrassment, pranks or mpreg. I hope some of this was helpful. Albert Campion - Margery Allingham
Characters: Albert Campion, Amanda Fritton, Stanilaus Oates, Magersfontein Lugg
I absolutely adore these books and the Peter Davison tv series. I love the sense of whimsy and the slight gentle mockery of the genre within them. I tend to prefer the earlier novels and the tv series to the later books when things are slightly grimmer. I love how Campion seems so innocuous but is really sharp and deadly. I love Lugg and his loyalty and his history and his gruffness. I love Amanda and her enthusiasm and her engines. Basically I love all of it and any fic would be amazing.
Les Aventures Extraordinaire d'Adele Blanc-Sec
Characters: Adele Blanc-Sec, Agathe Blanc-Sec
I adore these two sisters and their relationship, and the way Adele represents their relationship and how their relationship actually was. Maybe something about how the sisters relate to each other after the events of the first film? I also love how fantastical the world is and how Adele, and everyone else to be honest, handles it so matter-of-factly. I would love to see some more of the weird and wonderful world created in the film. Also dinosaurs and mummies! And I remain utterly charmed by the explanation of the pyramid at the Louvre.
Confident - Demi Lovato (Music Video)
Characters: Woman (Demi Lovato), Woman (Michelle Rodriguez)
This song and the accompanying music video just made me feel really badass, even though I am really not. I'd love to see a story about these ladies kicking ass and taking names and working together and maybe kissing each other. Backstory would be awesome, as would be something fleshing out the events of the video, or something set afterwards. I'm pretty easy with this one to be honest.
The Mrs Bradley Mysteries
Characters: Adela Bradley, George Moody, Henry Christmas
I saw one episode of this on tv a little while back and fell in love instantly with Adela Bradley. I immediately went and tracked down the rest of the series on dvd. What I would absolutely love would be something about Adela and George's relationship. I am of the firm belief that there is something between them. After all, at the end of Speedy Death she removes lint from George's coat after having used that same gesture to uncover the relationship between two of the other characters! So something exploring that (whether porny or otherwise), would be amazing. If that's not your bag, I would love something exploring Adela's character. I love the way she takes everything in stride and how modern and unapologetic she is. She is absolutely wonderful and I would love to see fic about her.
